Family Constellations Workshop This Weekend!
A Constellation is a 3D representation of any system to which we belong. The most influential system to which we belong is our Family System (Family of Origin). Through life we become members of many other systems including our work system, political system and body system. All of these systems can be looked at using the method of Constellations Work.
A constellation is done using representatives (participants) in a workshop. The Constellator (Client) selects people out of the group of participants to represent important family members or elements related to their issue and places them in a spatial relationship to each other in the work space. Once all the representatives have been placed intuitively in their position the client sits down and observes the process. The Constellator will observe, for the most part, from outside the constellation field or work space.
The representatives are asked to tune into their bodies and become aware of any sensations or emotions that are present while they are in their positions. The representatives intuitively, with focused attention, give feedback to the facilitator about what is happening in their bodies. This is a phenomenological experience that happens spontaneously when the representatives focus their attention on the present moment experience.
The feedback and movements from the representatives and the facilitators interventions will guide the movements of the constellation from the original stressful state into a more relaxed state where the representatives feel comfortable and at ease. A constellation allows us to look at the issues without members of your family, work colleagues and personal relationships being present. It is a process in which we don't need to know much about the history of the issue, just a few factual details. The resolution that is achieved through the constellation often filters through to the people concerned without them having been present at the workshop.

R300 for Representatives (people who are representing in others constellations)
After each constellation there is a short break for people to have some water, tea or coffee. We also take a 1 hour lunch break (please bring something vegetarian to share) and usually end after the last constellation with a small meditation and more teas and coffees. The training is open not only for people in the therapeutic field but also for someone who want to embark on a deep inner and spiritual self development journey. In a small confidential and safe workshop setting, the Family Constellations Workshop is a group process that consists of people who have decided to set up their own constellations and others who have agreed to attend as participants/representatives in the group.
Helen & Claudio Celestino are the Founders of the
Constellations Institute in South Africa and the Constellations Trust NPO. Through the Trust they bring Systemic and Family Constellations Work to the wider Communities working closely together with Social Workers, Educators and NGO’s. They have been working with individuals, groups, couples and children in the field of Systemic Constellations for more then 6 years and draw from over 15 years experience of working with people using other modalities that include counseling, coaching, body work and Ayurveda.
Helen and Claudio have found a unique way of facilitating the process of Systemic Constellations Work as a couple, bringing in the energy of the female and male as a resource for all their clients as they work together in individual sessions, workshops and in their trainings.
